We are a growing Facilities Maintenance Company looking for qualified Full time and Part Time Facilities Maintenance Technicians, for retail store repairs. Technicians work from home in their own areas. Full time will be about 30 to 40 hours a week. Part time starts from as low as 5 hrs a week and grows to full time. Some areas grow faster then others. Hours vary daily, depending on calls. The ideal Technician should have 3 years experience in the maintenance or remodeling field, Duties and skills to do repair skills such as plumbing and electrical (including ballast changes), carpentry skills, vct and ceramic tile, Cabinet and laminate Repairs, some concrete floor patching and various other small tasks. All paperwork is done on a computer, so some computer skills are also needed. Most Full time and Part Time Technicians use their own truck or van. Once hours grow And you have completed a probationary period a co van is provided. Keystone Facilities Maintenance will pay mileage for the use of Technician's vehicle. Position Responsibilities:

Technicians are responsible to make repairs to several items inside and out of customer's retail locations. Technicians are responsible for daily paper work, time sheets and customer satisfaction.
